Hello my name is Vera and I am the Nursery Manager and SENDCo. I have worked for Tinytots for over 15 years and have a wide range of experiences. Nursery life is always busy but I enjoy having a chat and finding out about our nursery family. The best part of my job is supporting children and their families and helping to make a difference. I want to make sure that all of the children leave our nursery, having made progress both socially and educationally.
Experience - I have varied experiences working as a childminder, in playgroups and nurseries within the company. Whilst working for Tinytots I have been supported to complete my Combined Honours Bachelor of Arts Degree in Early Years and Special Needs and I am also a qualified primary teacher. I also have a son of my own so I understand what it is like from a parents point of view too.
My name is Kally and I am the Deputy Nursery Manager and also the Rainbow Room leader alongside Karly. I have worked for Tinytots for around 13 years, starting as an apprentice and taking on different roles during my time here. I have a level 3 qualification in Early Years, as well as qualifications in team leading, understanding Autism and business. I love my job and find it very rewarding, supporting the children and seeing their progress as they develop.
In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my partner, family and friends. I am also a big Manchester City supporter so you can often see me cheering them on at a weekend. My favourite colour is blue and my favourite children's book is 'We're going on a bear hunt'. Julia Donaldson is one of my favourite children's authors.
My name is Karly and I work in the Rainbow Room as the Room Leader and am currently the Assistant Manager too covering maternity cover. I started at the nursery 2 years ago but have previously worked for Tinytots in the playgroups and creches. I have experience not only of working within the private sector but also within schools so I have a wealth of experience. I have a level 3 childcare diploma and currently working to achieve my level 5 Management qualification. I love working in the Rainbow Room and supporting all our children in their development.
In my spare time I enjoy going to the gym and spending time with my two boys Lucas and Jacob. My favourite story to read to the children is 'We're going on a bear hunt' and my favourite colour is blue.
My name is Suzanne and I am the Sunshine Room leader covering maternity leave. I have worked for Tinytots for many years now both within the nursery and also the playgroup. I have experience of working with different age groups but I am returning to where I started to work with the babies. I have children of my own and understand how important it is to offer a caring, nurturing environment. I have a level 3 childcare qualification and am currently completing my level 3 team leading qualification which I have found interesting.
My name is Cara and I am currently on maternity leave. I have worked for Tinytots for a year now and have previously worked in another private day nursery where I worked my way up from an apprentice to a room leader. When starting at Tinytots I was quickly promoted to Assistant Manager and was then asked to be the Sunshine room leader which I have thoroughly enjoyed. I have a level 3 qualification in childcare and the one thing that you will soon see about me is that I am the one with the bubbly personality, always smiling and ready to listen.
